The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
You may notice that after they have replaced the EBCM you have no communication with the ABS system further complicating diagnostics.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Program via SPS first before continuing any diagnostics as the EBCM need to have the operating system loaded into it before it will start to communicate with the Tech 2.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
