Purpose / Overview
As a result of feedback from regional, district, and dealership service managers and technicians, the GM Service Technical College (GM STC) is enhancing the Placement Assessment process. There will now be an individual Placement Assessment test for each
component associated with the course. The current process bundles the objectives from all of the Web and IDL components of the course into one longer Placement Assessment.
