1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
3. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .

Nut, Hose Assembly, A/C Compressor and Condenser Hose

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Tip
A/C compressor hose to A/C evaporator hose

Washer, Sealing

Tip
Remove and discard sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .
