This PI was superseded to update to Model Years and add Saturn Sky. Please discard PIC3743.
The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
The power windows might become inoperative at any time. If this is the case then check for loose connections on the back of the master power window switch on the drivers door panel.
Recommendation/Instructions:
If loose connection/connector fell off the switch, then reconnect the connection on the switch.
Note: This connector may NOT have been originally seated fully on the switch from the factory
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
