This output control commands the wiper delay mode to activate. The wiper motor will operate as it does if the delay switch were in position 3 with a delay time of 7 seconds. It will continue this operation until it is commanded OFF.

This output control commands the wiper micro relay ON and OFF. The wiper motor will operate at low speed when the wiper micro relay is ON.
