Condition/Concern:

On rare occasions, a slight surge may be experienced while cruising at a steady speed of 30 MPH and 2,000 RPM.

Recommendation/Instructions:

If this concern is experienced, perform the SI diagnostics and repair as necessary. If the SI diagnostics do not isolate a cause for this concern, reprogram the PCM with the latest TIS2Web calibrations. During April 2007, updated PCM calibrations were released into TIS2Web to improve this concern.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
