A customer may comment of a pop type noise when driving over rough roads. The noise is heard at your ear level and may be mistaken as coming from the convertible top. Determine which side of the car the noise is coming from.

Replace the door striker on the side making the noise.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
