  1. Insert the auxiliary valve body sleeve (344) into the auxiliary valve body.
  2. Insert the auxiliary valve body filter (357).

  3. Object Number: 20735  Size: SH
  4. Insert the following parts into the auxiliary valve body:
  5. • The orifice control valve (380)
    • The valve spring (381)
    • The spring retainer (304)

  6. Insert the converter clutch control valve (332) and the valve bore plug (310).

  7. Object Number: 20733  Size: SH
  8. Insert the governor pressure switch (338) (second clutch switch on some models).
  9. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  10. On some models, insert the third clutch pressure switch (335).
  11. Tighten
    Tighten the governor pressure switch (338) and the third clutch pressure switch (335) to 11 N·m (8 lb ft).
