Coolant Heater Cord Replacement 2.2L (LN2)

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 799002 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the engine coolant heater cord.

    2. Object Number: 799003 Size: SH
  2. Remove the clips from the engine wiring harness and remove the cord (1).

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 799002 Size: SH
  1. Connect the engine coolant heater cord.

    2. Object Number: 799003 Size: SH
  2. Install the clips from the engine wiring harness and remove the cord (1).

Coolant Heater Cord Replacement 2.2L (L61)

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 798929 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the engine coolant heater cord (1).

    2. Object Number: 798936 Size: SH
  2. Remove the clips from the engine mount and surge tank.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 798936 Size: SH
  1. Install the clips from the engine mount and surge tank.

    2. Object Number: 798929 Size: SH
  2. Connect the engine coolant heater cord (1).

Coolant Heater Cord Replacement 2.4L (LD9)

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 798924 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the engine coolant heater cord (2).
  2. Remove the clip from the engone front cover (1).

    3. Object Number: 798936 Size: SH
  3. Remove the clips from the engine mount and surge tank.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 798936 Size: SH
  1. Install the clips from the engine mount and surge tank.

    2. Object Number: 798924 Size: SH
  2. Install the clip from the engone front cover (1).
  3. Connect the engine coolant heater cord (2).
