Power Brake Booster Vacuum Check Valve and Hose Replacement LA1

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the check valve (1).
2. Remove the vacuum check valve (1).
3. Remove the clamp from the vacuum hose (2).



4. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the Vacuum Pipe.
5. Remove the vacuum hose.

1. Lubricate the following components with a thin layer of silicone grease:

•	The outside diameter of the grommet

•	The inside diameter of the grommet




2. Connect the vacuum hose to the vacuum pipe (2).
3. Install the vacuum check valve (1).

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the check valve (1).
2. Remove the vacuum check valve (1).
3. Remove the clamp from the vacuum hose (2).



4. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the Vacuum Pipe.
5. Remove the vacuum hose.

1. Lubricate the following components with a thin layer of silicone grease:

•	The outside diameter of the grommet

•	The inside diameter of the grommet




2. Connect the vacuum hose to the vacuum pipe (2).
3. Install the vacuum check valve (1).
