Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 604614 Size: SH
  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  2. Remove the 2 screws holding the recirculation actuator housing to the HVAC module assembly.
  3. Remove the recirculation actuator housing from the HVAC module assembly.
  4. Disconnect the orange vacuum hose from the recirculation actuator.
  5. Remove the recirculation actuator.
    6. 5.1. Lift the actuator lock tab.
    5.2. Slide off the actuator.

  6. Remove the recirculation actuator linkage from the recirculation actuator.

    7. Turn the linkage to remove.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 477128 Size: SH
  1. Install the recirculation actuator linkage to the recirculation actuator.

    2. Turn the linkage to install.

  2. Slide the recirculation actuator on to the mounting bracket until the tab locks.
  3. Connect the orange vacuum hose to the recirculation actuator.
  4. Install the recirculation actuator housing to the HVAC module assembly.
  5. Install the 2 screws holding the recirculation actuator housing to the HVAC module assembly.
  6. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
