Interior side wall and sliding door trim panels warped and/or buckled at belt line.
Exposure to sun and heat build up.
Add stiffeners kit, P/N #10187500 to back side of trim panels as described and illustrated.
1. Remove upper trim panels and place on clean work surface, backside up.
2. Using a heat gun held approximately 6 inches from trim panel heat back.
3. Install stiffener kit, P/N #10187500 on substrate horizontal rib. Be sure stiffener is completely seated on rib. Refer to Illustration.
4. Using a pair of locking type pliers (vice grips or equivalent) set at 1 mm when locked, crimp the stiffener at three inch intervals and at both ends. Refer to Illustration.
