SUBJECT: SERVICE MANUAL UPDATE - SECTION 8A - REVISION ON "GATE AJAR INDICATOR ON AT ALL TIMES" CHARTS VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1990-1993 U VAN

This bulletin includes updated diagnosis charts for the 8A-81 section of the 1990-1993 Lumina, Trans Sport and Silhouette APV Service Manuals.

The Replacement Chart is a generic chart that replaces the chart titled "Gate Ajar Indicator On At All Times."

For the 1990 Service Manual, the chart replaces Silhouette Chart #7, Trans Sport Chart #7 and Lumina APV Chart #7.

For the 1991 Service Manual, the chart replaces Silhouette Chart #7, Trans Sport Chart #7 and Lumina APV Chart #6.

For the 1992 Service Manual, the chart replaces Silhouette Chart #11, Trans Sport Chart #11 and Lumina APV Chart #8.

For the 1993 Service Manual, the chart replaces Silhouette Chart #13, Trans Sport Chart #13 and Lumina APV Chart #10. Replace the previously listed charts in the 8A-81 section with the revised Replacement Chart.
