Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 1997 🢒 Trans Sport 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.1L and 3.4L 🢒 Upper Intake Manifold Removal

    Object Number: 73732 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the vacuum lines from the upper intake manifold.
  2. Remove the MAP sensor electrical connector.
  3. Remove the MAP sensor screws.
  4. Remove the MAP sensor.

    5. Object Number: 54419 Size: SH
  5. Remove the generator pencil brace nuts and bolts.
  6. Remove the generator pencil braces.
  7. Disconnect the spark plug wires from the spark plugs.
  8. Remove the electronic ignition control module nuts and bolts.
  9. Remove the electronic ignition control module.
  10. Remove the EVAP canister purge valve mounting bracket.
  11. Remove the EGR tube assembly from the right exhaust manifold.
  12. Remove the thermostat bypass pipe nut from the upper intake manifold.
  13. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the throttle body.

  14. Remove the upper intake manifold studs and bolts.
  15. Remove the upper intake manifold.
  16. Remove the upper intake manifold gaskets.
