Caution: Do not drain the fuel into an open container. Never store the fuel in an open container due to the possibility of a fire or an explosion.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Loosen the fuel tank filler pipe cap.
3. Loosen the fuel filler pipe connecting hose clamp at the fuel tank.
4. Use a hand operated fuel pump device inorder to drain the fuel through the fuel tank filler pipe.
5. Tighten the fuel tank filler pipe cap.
6. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
