The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
The customer might notice a snap, pop, rattle, clunk noise when operating the front door windows up or down.
Recommendation/Instructions:
This condition has been found through the Warranty Parts Center (WPC) that the regulator to glass bolts have been loose. Dealers are to remove the door panel and tighten the bolts first before replacing the regulators.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
