The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:

Premature or irregular rear tire wear on vehicles with original equipment Continental Conti-Touring Contact tires, size P205/55R16 89H. The customer concern may be excessive tire noise and the tires may show a feathering or cupping wear pattern on the inside edges. Mileage on the subject vehicle may be in the 15,000 to 21,000 mile range.
