Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 843695 Size: SH
  1. Using a taped flat bladed tool, gently pry and release the retaining clips which secure the IP accessory left trim plate (1) to the instrument panel assembly.
  2. Disconnect the following components:
    3. • The power mirror switch electrical connector
    • The dimmer switch electrical connector
  3. Remove the power mirror switch, if necessary. Refer to Power Mirror Switch Replacement .
  4. Remove the dimmer switch, if necessary. Refer to Instrument Panel Lamp Dimmer Switch Replacement .

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 843695 Size: SH
  1. Install the dimmer switch, if removed. Refer to Instrument Panel Lamp Dimmer Switch Replacement .
  2. Install the power mirror switch, if removed. Refer to Power Mirror Switch Replacement .
  3. Connect the following components:
    4. • The dimmer switch electrical connector
    • The power mirror switch electrical connector
  4. Install the IP accessory center trim plate (1) to the IP assembly. Ensure that the retaining clips are fully engaged.
