Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 892621 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement in Doors.
  2. Remove the speaker wire harness rosebud retainer from the inner door panel.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
  4. Release the lower retaining tab (2) on the speaker assembly (3).

    5. Remove the lower retaining tab (2) from the slot (4) on the inner door panel.

  5. Pull the speaker assembly (3) outward to disengage the upper locating tabs from the slots (4) on the inner door panel.
  6. Remove the speaker assembly (3) from the inner door panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 892621 Size: SH
  1. Install the upper locating tabs for the speaker base into the slots (4) on the inner door panel.

    2. Push the speaker assembly (3) upward to engage the locating tabs.

  2. Align the lower retaining tab (2) for the speaker base into the slot (4) on the inner door panel.

    3. Press the lower retaining tab (2) into the inner door panel until fully engaged.

  3. Connect the electrical connector (1).
  4. Install the speaker wire harness rosebud retainer to inner door panel.
  5. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement in Doors.
