Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 848618 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front door inside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the power door lock actuator electrical connector (3), if equipped.
  3. Remove the following components from the door (1):
    4. ā€¢ The 3 screws (4)
    ā€¢ The door lock (5) with the cables (2) attached.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 848618 Size: SH
  1. Install the door lock (5) to the door (1).

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Secure the door lock with the 3 screws (4).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 5 NĀ·m (43 lb in).

  3. Connect the power door lock actuator electrical connector (3), if equipped.
  4. Install the front door inside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .
