Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2009053 Size: SH
  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Remove the liftgate upper garnish molding. Refer to Liftgate Garnish Molding Replacement.
  3. Remove the 2 hole plugs (1) from the left and right sides of the liftgate.
  4. Remove the 5 nuts (2).
  5. Disengage the clips and remove the spoiler from the liftgate.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2009053 Size: SH
  1. Install the spoiler to the liftgate by aligning the clips and studs to the liftgate holes.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the 5 nuts (2). Tighten the spoiler nuts to 5 N·m (44 lb in).
  3. Install the 2 hole plugs (1) to the liftgate.
  4. Install the liftgate upper garnish molding. Refer to Liftgate Garnish Molding Replacement.
