Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1248466 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) lower trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  3. Remove the screws and the audio system.
  4. Disconnect the audio system electrical connector and the antenna cable.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 1248466 Size: SH
  1. Connect the audio system electrical connector and the antenna cable.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the audio system with the screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the audio system screws to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the I/P lower trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
