Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2049383 Size: SH
  1. Remove the camshaft adjuster bolts (3).

    2. Object Number: 2049384 Size: SH

    Note: Ensure the location and direction of the intake/exhaust adjusters when removed.

  2. Remove the camshaft adjusters (1, 2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2049384 Size: SH

    Note: Ensure the location and direction of the intake/exhaust adjusters when removed.

  1. Install the camshaft adjusters (1, 2).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2049383 Size: SH
  2. Install the camshaft adjuster bolts (3) and tighten to 65 N·m +120° +15° (47.9 lb ft +120° +15° ).
