Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner element. Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement for the 4.2L engine or Air Cleaner Element Replacement for the 5.3L engine.

    2. Object Number: 1688767 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the washer hose (1) from the air inlet grille panel hose at the fender flange.

    3. Object Number: 751557 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the front washer pump hose from the washer pump (2).
  4. Remove the front washer pump hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 751557 Size: SH
  1. Route the front washer pump hose into the engine compartment.
  2. Connect the hose to the front washer pump (2).

    3. Object Number: 1688767 Size: SH
  3. Connect the washer hose (1) to the air inlet grille panel hose (2) at the fender flange.
  4. Install the air cleaner element. Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement for the 4.2L engine or Air Cleaner Element Replacement for the 5.3L engine.
