The Driver Door Module (DDM) and Passenger Door Module (PDM) scan tool data definitions are a brief description of each of the power window related parameters displayed within the scan tool data display for the DDM/PDM.

Base Software P/N: This is the part number stored within the PDM of the base software set required to activate the DDM/PDM. This software set is often referred to as boot software.

Base Software Suffix: This suffix number is the stored indication of the revision level of the base software.

Battery 1 (Low Current): The battery 1 (low current) parameter provides the voltage level on the battery 1 input. Battery 1 is the low current input provides the power for the DDM/PDM's microprocessors and the low current outputs.

Battery 2 (High Current): The battery 2 (high current) parameter provides the voltage level on the battery 2 input. Battery 2 is the high current input provides the power for the DDM/PDM's high current outputs such as the power windows.

Calibration P/N: This is the part number stored within the DDM/PDM of the calibration set. The calibration software sets the operational ranges and option levels for each of the DDM/PDM's functions. This software set is often referred to as calibration software or calibration.

Calibration Suffix: This suffix number is the stored indication of the revision level of the calibration. This is often referred to as the CAL ID.

Left Front Window Status: This parameter indicates the status of the left front window.

Left Rear Window Status: This parameter indicates the status of the left rear window.

Program Software P/N: This is the part number stored indication of the revision level of the program software.

Program Software Suffix: This suffix number is the stored indication of the revision level of the program software.

Right Front Window Status: This parameter indicates the status of the right front window.

Right Rear Window Status: This parameter indicates the status of the right rear window.

Window Lockout: This parameter indicates the current status of the window lockout switch.

Window Lockout LED: This parameter indicates the commanded state of the window lockout indicator.

Window Motor Current: This parameter indicates the active status of the window lockout feature.

Window Motor Output: This parameter reflects the state of the DDM/PDM output to the window motor.

The Body Control Module (BCM) scan tool data definitions are a brief description of each of the power window related parameters displayed within the scan tool data display for the BCM.

Left Rear Window Up Relay: This parameter indicates the commanded state of the left rear window up relay.

Left Rear Window Down Relay: This parameter indicates the commanded state of the left rear window down relay.

Right Rear Window Up Relay: This parameter indicates the commanded state of the right rear window up relay.

Right Rear Window Down Relay: This parameter indicates the commanded state of the right rear window down relay.

The HVAC Control Module scan tool data definition is a brief description of the rear window defroster related parameter displayed within the scan tool data display for the HVAC Control Module.

Rear Defrost Switch: This parameter indicates the current status of the rear defrost switch.

The Liftgate Module (LGM) scan tool data definitions are a brief description of each of the rear window defroster related parameters displayed within the scan tool data display for the BCM.

Defog Relay Voltage: The scan tool displays the voltage supplied to the rear defogger grid.

Rear Defog Requested: The scan tool displays Yes/No. When the window defogger switch is pressed, a request from HVAC control module is sent to LGM. This parameter indicates if the request was received.
