The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:

When performing stability control diagnostic on a 2006 mid-sized utility, it may be necessary to locate the C111 connector. SI did not provide a location for this connector and it may be difficult to locate. Typically, the 100 series connectors are located in the engine compartment. However the connector C111 is not.

Recommendation/Instructions:

The C111 connector is located 4.5 inches or 115mm apart from connector C304. Use eSI document 1671382 which shows C304 to be below the rear seat on the drivers side. Both the C304 and C111 connectors should be very close together. C111 is a very small connector and the connector end view can be located in eSI document 1568693.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
