Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the spark plugs. Refer to Spark Plug Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1208464 Size: SH
  2. Remove the heat shield bolts and the shield from the exhaust manifold.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1208464 Size: SH
  1. Install the heat shield and the bolts to the exhaust manifold. Tighten the bolts to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
  2. Install the spark plugs. Refer to Spark Plug Replacement.
