Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 647789 Size: SH
  1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory.
  2. Remove the drive belt tensioner bolts.
  3. Remove the drive belt tensioner.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 647789 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt tensioner.
  2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolts.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
  4. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory.
