Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Upper Fascia Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1552102 Size: SH
  2. Remove the bolts (1) that retain the fascia support rods (2) to the impact bar (5).
  3. Remove the fascia support rods from the impact bar.

    4. Object Number: 740662 Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolts (1) that retain the impact bar to the frame (2).
  5. Remove the impact bar (3) from the frame.
  6. Remove the tow hooks from the impact bar. Refer to Front Tow Hook Replacement.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the tow hooks to the impact bar. Refer to Front Tow Hook Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 740662 Size: SH
  2. Position the impact bar (3) to the frame (2).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the bolts (1) that retain the impact bar to the frame and tighten to 85 N·m (63 lb ft).

    4. Object Number: 1552102 Size: SH
  4. Position the fascia support rods (2) to the impact bar (5).
  5. Install the bolts (2) which retain the fascia support rods to the impact bar and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
  6. Install the front fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Upper Fascia Replacement.
