Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement.
  2. Remove the front fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Upper Fascia Replacement.
  3. Remove the front impact bar. Refer to Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement.
  4. Place the impact bar on a clean, prepared surface.

    5. Object Number: 742128 Size: SH
  5. Remove the bolt that retains the tow hook to the impact bar.
  6. Remove the tow hook from the impact bar.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 742128 Size: SH
  1. Install the tow hook to the impact bar, ensuring that the locating pin is properly indexed to the impact bar.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolt which retains the tow hook to the impact bar and tighten to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
  3. Install the impact bar. Refer to Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement.
  4. Install the fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Upper Fascia Replacement.
  5. Install the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement.
