    Object Number: 1848531 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect and remove the fresh air positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose from the left camshaft cover fitting.

    2. Object Number: 1848532 Size: SH
  2. Remove the engine coolant air bleed pipe bracket bolts from the upper intake manifold.

    3. Object Number: 1848534 Size: SH
  3. Remove the engine coolant air bleed pipe.

    4. Object Number: 1848535 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect and remove the dirty air PCV hose from the intake manifold and the right camshaft cover fitting.

    5. Object Number: 1848538 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect and remove the intake manifold-to-solenoid evaporative emissions (EVAP) hose from the intake manifold and from the EVAP solenoid.

    6. Object Number: 1848539 Size: SH
  6. Remove the EVAP solenoid bolt.

    7. Object Number: 1848540 Size: SH
  7. Remove the EVAP solenoid.

    8. Object Number: 1848541 Size: SH
  8. Remove the long intake manifold bolts.

    9. Object Number: 1848542 Size: SH
  9. Remove the short intake manifold bolts.

    10. Object Number: 1848543 Size: SH
  10. Remove the intake manifold assembly.

    11. Object Number: 1832124 Size: SH
  11. Remove and discard the lower intake manifold gasket.
