Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the console. Refer to Console Replacement .
2. Disconnect the park lock cable. Refer to Park Lock Cable Replacement .
3. Disconnect the range select lever cable. Refer to Range Selector Lever Cable Replacement .
4. Disconnect the shift control electrical connector.

Tighten
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
