Preliminary Procedures

1. Position window approximately half way down in the door.
2. Remove the interior trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .

Front Side Door Window to Regulator Bolt (Qty: 2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tip

1. Loosen the window to regulator bolts.
2. Push the window to the full up position and tape in place.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)

Front Door Window Regulator Bolt (Qty: 4)

Tip
Disconnect window regulator electrical connector.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)

Front Door Window Regulator

Tip
The driver door window regulator and motor MUST be replaced as an assembly . The right door is serviceable as door window regulator or motor.
