The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:

A Software anomaly has been identified with the HVAC system, and you may notice a U2127 code when you're scanning the HVAC module. This code is described in SI-2000 as " DTC U2127 Lost Communications With Front HVAC"

Recommendation/Instructions:

If this code is history then please disregard it and continue on with normal diagnostics.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
