The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Customer may have concern of I/P back lighting/radio displays flickering when the power driver’s seat is used. There have been reports of loose connections on the back of the dimmer switch causing this concern.

First; check is the I/P dimmer switch connector to ensure it is properly seated. If seated properly and terminal tension is OK, check for possible weak battery.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
