The wireless headphones for RPO UK6 Rear Seat Audio (RSA) systems and GM Accessories Headrest DVD systems broadcast on the same frequency. This can cause audio distortion in the headphones when both systems are used at the same time.

When vehicles are equipped with both Rear Seat Audio and a Headrest DVD system, only one audio source should be used at a time. The Rear Seat Audio must be turned off when using the Headrest DVD system.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
