Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1889700 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) from the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor (2).

    2. Object Number: 1889701 Size: SH
  2. Remove the MAF/IAT sensor screws (1).
  3. Remove the MAF/IAT sensor (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1889701 Size: SH
  1. Install the MAF/IAT sensor (2).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the MAF/IAT sensor screws (1) and tighten to 0.6 N·m (5 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 1889700 Size: SH
  3. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the MAF/IAT sensor (2).
