Preliminary Procedure

Remove the rear compartment lid inner panel trim and disconnect the electrical harness. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Inner Panel Trim Replacement.

Rear Compartment Lid Hinge Nut (Qty: 4)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tip
Use a grease pencil to outline the alignment of the rear compartment lid hinges.

Tighten
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
