Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2009 🢒 AURA 🢒 Seats 🢒 Seat Hardware, Trim, and Upholstery 🢒 Rear Seat Back Cushion Frame Replacement

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1233221 Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement.
  2. Remove the rear seat belt buckles. Refer to Rear Seat Belt Buckle Replacement.
  3. Remove the rear seat belt lower anchors.
  4. Fold the rear seat backs to the floor.

  5. Remove the forward seat frame bolt caps and bolts from the rear seat frame.
  6. Remove the rear seat backs and frame from the vehicle.

    7. Object Number: 508362 Size: SH
  7. Remove the rear upper seat back frame bolts.

    8. Object Number: 1537098 Size: SH
  8. Remove rear seat back bolsters. Refer to Rear Split Folding Seat Back Bolster Replacement.

    9. Object Number: 1537129 Size: SH
  9. Remove the rear seat back bolts.
  10. Remove the rear seat backs from the rear seat back frame.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1537120 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear seat backs to the rear seat back frame.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the rear seat back to seat back frame bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

  3. Install the rear seat back bolsters. Refer to Rear Split Folding Seat Back Bolster Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 508362 Size: SH
  4. Install the seat back and frame to the vehicle.
  5. Install the upper seat back frame bolts.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).


    Object Number: 1537095 Size: SH
  6. Install the lower seat back frame bolts and caps.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).


    Object Number: 1233221 Size: SH
  7. Install the rear seat belt lower anchors.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 45 N·m (33 lb ft).

  8. Install the rear seat belt buckles. Refer to Rear Seat Belt Buckle Replacement.
  9. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement.
