Remove the instrument panel (I/P) center molding. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Molding Replacement.

Heater and Air Conditioning Control Assembly Screw (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

1. The key should be in the OFF position when connecting the electrical connectors to ensure proper calibration.
2. Disconnect the heater and air conditioning control assembly electrical connectors.

Tighten
1.5 N·m (13 lb in)
