The electronic brake control module (EBCM) communicates with the engine control module (ECM), body control module (BCM) and instrument panel cluster (IPC) to correlate the correct calibrations are programmed in the EBCM.
Ignition voltage is greater than 9.6 volts.
The EBCM has been improperly programmed.
• | The EBCM disables the ABS and the TCS for the duration of the ignition cycle. |
• | The ABS indicator turns ON. |
• | The TC indicator turns ON. |
• | The VSES indicator turns ON. |
• | The condition for the DTC is no longer present. |
• | The electronic brake control module (EBCM) automatically clears the history DTC when a current DTC is not detected in 100 consecutive drive cycles. |

Verify that DTC C0563 is not set.
