For 1990-2009 cars only
- Pull off the clip (2) from the connector (1).
- Insert the clip into the housing (3).
- Allow the clip to engage on both sides.
- Insert the connector into the housing.
- Engage the connector by applying considerable pressure.
- Inspect that the quick release coupling is properly engaged.
- Perform the tensile pull test.

Caution: Wear safety glasses when using compressed air, as flying dirt particles may cause eye injury.
