Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2008 🢒 Astra 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 1.8L (2H0) 🢒 Engine Oil Cooler Installation

    Object Number: 1945813 Size: SH
  1. Clean the heat exchanger-to-oil filter housing sealing surfaces.
  2. Install a NEW gasket.
  3. Install the heat exchanger (1) to the oil filter housing.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the 6 bolts (2).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the 6 bolts.

  5. Install the oil filter housing.

    6. Object Number: 1945800 Size: SH
  6. Clean the oil filter housing-to-thermostat housing sealing surfaces.
  7. Install 2 NEW gaskets.
  8. Push into the oil filter housing.
  9. Install the thermostat housing coolant pipe (1) to the oil filter housing.
  10. Install the 2 bolts.

    11. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).
