Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2009 🢒 Astra 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 1.6L (LDE or LLU) and 1.8L (2H0) 🢒 Engine Rear Mount Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle by its full height.

    2. Object Number: 1936971 Size: LH
  2. Remove the engine rear mount.
    3. • Remove the 3 screwed connections (1, 2).
    • Remove the engine rear mount (3).

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1936974 Size: LH

    Note: Ensure that the groove (3) engages in the recess (2).

  1. Install the engine rear mount to the bracket with a new nut.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the screwed joint to 55 N·m (40 lb ft).

  2. Install the engine rear mount to the front frame with new nuts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 screwed joints to 55 N·m (40 lb ft).

  3. Lower the vehicle by its full height.
