Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2009 🢒 Astra 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 1.6L (LDE or LLU) and 1.8L (2H0) 🢒 Cylinder Head Installation

  1. Clean the sealing surfaces.
  2. Inspect for plane surface.
    3. • Cylinder block, cylinder head
    • Straight-edge, feeler gauge
  3. Install the cylinder head gasket.
  4. Install the cylinder head.

    5. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

    Note: Note the correct tightening sequence.

  5. Install NEW cylinder head bolts. Tighten the 10 bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft) + 90 degrees + 45 degrees.
