For 1990-2009 cars only
- Clean the sealing surfaces and the 3 coolant pump threads.
- Install the coolant pump (2) and 5 NEW bolts and tighten to 8 N·m (71 lb in).
- Install the coolant pump strap disc and 3 NEW bolts.
- Install the ribbed V-belt.
- Attach the coolant pump belt pulley and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
- Fill and bleed the cooling system.
- Install the air cleaner housing.
