Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2009 🢒 Astra 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 1.6L (LDE or LLU) and 1.8L (2H0) 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Installation

    Object Number: 1945773 Size: SH
  1. Clean the exhaust manifold sealing surface.
  2. Install a NEW exhaust manifold gasket to the exhaust manifold.
  3. Install the exhaust manifold.

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Install NEW exhaust manifold nuts (1). Tighten the 9 nuts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

    5. Object Number: 1945767 Size: SH
  5. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield (3).
  6. Install the wiring harness bracket (2) and bolt (1). Tighten the bolt to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).
