Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2009 🢒 Astra 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 1.6L (LDE or LLU) and 1.8L (2H0) 🢒 Oil Pump Installation

    Object Number: 1945847 Size: SH
  1. Clean the sealing surface.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the oil pump cover (1) and bolts (2). Tighten the 6 bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 1937078 Size: SH

    Note: Note the different screw lengths.

  3. Replace the pump module gasket.
  4. Install the pump module.
  5. Tighten the 8 bolts (1, 2). Tighten the 8 bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
