  1. Clean the timing belt idler pulley thread.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

    Note: Use an assembly tool.

  2. Using a NEW bolt, install the timing belt idler pulley and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
