Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front wheel.

    2. Object Number: 1940567 Size: LH
  2. Remove the stabilizer shaft links.
    3. • Remove the stabilizer shaft link (1) from spring strut support tube.
    • Counterhold at the two flattened areas of the knuckle bolt with open-ended wrench.
    • Remove the stabilizer shaft link from stabilizer (2).
    • Counterhold at the two flattened areas of the knuckle bolt with open-ended wrench.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Install the stabilizer shaft links to the stabilizer.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 55 N·m (40 lb ft).

    • Use the 2 new nuts.
    • Counterhold at the two flattened areas of the knuckle bolt with open-ended wrench.
  2. Install the stabilizer shaft links to spring strut support tube.

    3. Counterhold at the two flattened areas of the knuckle bolt with open-ended wrench.

    Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 55 N·m (40 lb ft).

  3. Install the front wheel.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 110 N·m (81 lb ft).
